A plain heavy tee is the hardest thing to get right, because there is nothing to hide behind. No slogan, no logo the size of your chest. Just weight, cut, and how it sits on the shoulder.
260GSM cotton — noticeably heavier than a standard tee. Dense enough to hold its shape through the wash, hang off the shoulder instead of clinging to it, and stay opaque under gym lighting. The mark is kept small.
Relaxed, slightly oversized fit. True to size. Size down for something closer to the body.

100% cotton. 260gsm (7.7 oz/yd²).
Fit
Sizes S to 3XL. Chest and shoulder in the size chart are half measurements taken flat — double the chest for the full circumference.
Care
Machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low. Iron at low temperature, avoiding any print. Do not dry clean.
